How long will it take for my case to arrive?

Ordered are created and shipped within 24-48 hours, and and can be delivered anywhere from 5-15 business days, depending on your chosen method of shipping.

How secure is my transaction?

We work with PayPal, the worlds largest and safest online payment provider. Your transaction is encrypted through PayPal's security and we will never see any of your private information. You are also protected through PayPal's seller protection.

What if I don't have a PayPal account?

You can use PayPal's services as a guest! Simply click "Pay With Credit Card or Visa Debit", enter your card and shipping information, and you're set!

There's an error on my case! What should I do?

Before completing checkout, customers are responsible for ensuring the make/model of the case is correct, and the case style, name and number are correct. If your delivered product is different than your order, simply contact us by email at info@sportscase.ca or at any of our social media platforms and include a photo of your case. If we are responsible for the error, we will either refund you or send you a new case absolutely free.

I ordered a case with my favourite player on it and they got traded. What can I do now?

Within 2 weeks of receiving your product, if the player on your case is traded to another team or changes their number, contact us via email or social media and we will send you a new case of your choice absolutely free.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes! Use our Request form to send us your idea!
